High Quality Nucleic Acid Extraction and Purification Service

MiSeq Flow cell Rental

  • Turnaround time: 5 business days (projects have been delivered in 3 days).
  • User assumes responsibility for the flow cell output for libraries not prepared by myGenomics.

HiSeq Lane Rental

  • You can send the sequencer ready libraries to be run on per lane basis on HiSeq flow cell.
  • PE100 is the default sequencing format. Other sequencing formats are available if minimum 4 lanes are requested and are run on HiSeq2500 or NextSeq500.
  • Turnaround time: 20-30 business days.
  • User assumes responsibility for the flow cell output for libraries not prepared by myGenomics.

NextSeq500 Flow Cell Rental

  • You can send the sequencer ready libraries to be run on NextSeq500 flow cell.
  • SE75, PE75, SE150, PE150
  • Mid output (130 million SE reads and 260 million PE reads) and High Output (400 million SE reads and 800 million PE reads)
  • Turnaround time: 10-15 business days.
  • User assumes responsibility for the flow cell output for libraries not prepared by myGenomics.

PCR amplification and Sanger sequencing

  • In-silico primer design to find the minimum number of amplicons required to cover the desired target. Order oligos for synthesis.

  • Single end or paired end sequencing to cover the target with high quality sequencing reads
  • Data analysis and variant call.
